Give 2 Those Inc and the Vest Up 4 The Fallen Initiative is committed to honoring the fallen by serving veterans and their families. We provide essential support and community-based assistance designed to restore dignity, stability, and hope—so no hero is forgotten and no family is left behind.​

Program Pillars

Operation Daily Bread 

Too many Veterans and Active Duty Military Members struggle silently after service. Basic needs like food and essentials should never be a burden for those who protected our freedom. Vest Up 4 the Fallen stands in the gap — with action, accountability, and compassion. Access to food reduces financial stress, improves physical and mental health, and allows veterans to focus on healing, stability, and independence. 

 

Operation Resilience, Persistence & Grit
Purpose: Strengthen resilience, connection, and well-being for veterans, first responders and their families.

 

Activities:

• Physical challenges such as trail runs, rucks, and fitness events

• Community-building workshops and group activities

• Mental wellness and peer support session​

 

Plaques of Honor 
Purpose: Celebrate the courage and legacy of fallen heroes.

Activities:

• Custom plaques displayed in homes, firehouses, military bases, and community centers

• Annual or virtual tribute ceremonies honoring service and sacrifice

Supporter Opportunities: Donors can sponsor plaques or ceremonies, receiving recognition for preserving history and honoring heroes.

 

Hands Up 4 Our Heroes: Community Care & Support
Purpose: Provide meaningful support, recognition, and connection for those who serve and their families.

• Sending care packages overseas to deployed service members

• Distributing small gifts and tokens of appreciation

• Offering companionship and practical help during times of hardship or loss

• Organizing community events that foster connection and resilience

 

Supporter Opportunities: Volunteers and donors contribute to meaningful, visible acts of appreciation and solidarity within the veteran and first responder community.
